Preflight confidence, every flight.
Drone fleets live and die by two things nobody can see from a dashboard: battery honesty and structural fatigue. Vantage verifies pack health against real electrochemistry and counts fatigue the way airframe engineers do, so a marginal cell or a tired arm is caught on the ground, not at 120 metres.
Where drone operations go wrong.
The battery lies politely
A pack reads 80% on the pad, then sags under load in cold air. Voltage alone is not health - the margin that matters is computed from load, temperature, and ageing together.
Fatigue is invisible
Arms, props, and mounts accumulate vibration damage flight after flight. There is no warning light for a crack that hasn't happened yet - unless something is counting the cycles.
Paper logs don't scale
Regulators expect maintenance records that stand up to scrutiny, especially for BVLOS operations. Spreadsheets and memory are not an airworthiness case.
Proof, not probability.
Pack-level battery physics
Voltage-under-load checked against equivalent-circuit electrochemistry with temperature and ageing effects - the same battery models Vantage runs in vehicles, at drone scale.
Fatigue, formally counted
Vibration and load history run through rainflow counting and damage-accumulation models per airframe component, so remaining life is a number, not a feeling.
Signed flight-readiness evidence
Every verdict - and every maintenance decision it drives - carries a tamper-evident Evidence Bundle. That's a maintenance record a regulator can audit.
Closest to home
Operationally, a drone fleet looks like a vehicle fleet: many small assets, hard duty cycles, battery-centric health, distributed operators. That's the model Vantage was proven on - which makes drones one of the fastest verticals to onboard.
How it deploys
Flight logs and live telemetry flow in through the adapter layer; verification runs as a software layer with per-airframe baselines. Shadow-mode pilots in 4-6 weeks.
The physics and standards behind the verdicts.
Batteries and airframes
Equivalent-circuit battery models with cold-weather and ageing corrections, motor and ESC thermal behaviour, and ASTM E1049 rainflow fatigue for arms, props, and mounts.
MAVLink-native
MAVLink-class telemetry and flight logs through the same schema-adapter layer as every vertical - live streams for operations, batch uploads for post-flight analysis.
BVLOS-grade records
Beyond-visual-line-of-sight approval hinges on operational safety cases. Physics-verified health with signed evidence gives your fleet the audit trail those cases are built on.
Ground the marginal ones, fly the rest.
Bring a season of flight logs. We'll show you which airframes were quietly asking for attention.
